Facebook AI info and image metadata

Facebook, like Instagram, can label content as AI-related. Removable image metadata is one factor among several.

What Unstamped changes

Unstamped removes removable provenance metadata — C2PA Content Credentials, EXIF, XMP, IPTC — and validates the pixels are unchanged.

What it cannot change

It does not remove pixel-level signals such as SynthID, and it cannot control Facebook's classifiers, database matches, or a user's own disclosure. A specific outcome cannot be guaranteed.
